Tommy Hilfiger — Bad product quality

I bought a leather belt in late Jan 2015 and I had barely used it for 3 - 4 months before the buckle broke. I tried speaking the merchant and said they cant replace it and neither can they fix it. It just shows that one you guys make bad quality products and then have pathetic customer service.
