Tommy Hilfiger — flawed watch and no response

Resorting to tommy hilfiger international headquarters was my last hope, as i have been disrespected in lebanon and i want to let you know that the image of your company is also being degraded because of this specific incident, i'm sure no respected company would like to have a bad customer service reputation. I'm usually not one of those people who trash talk cause i work in customer service at an advertising agency and have close online influencing blogger friends and i'm very familiar with customer ratings but i'm very very disappointed in the service i got from your distributor in lebanon, atamian. My boyfriend bought me a tommy hilfiger watch from their stores last november and i didn't even get the chance to wear it, it's been stopping ever since. The first error occured in january, the watch started giving wrong timing and wrong dates, i went to their stores upset, my boyfriend was ashamed of me thinking i would be sad that the watch he got me is not functioning properly and that it might be a cheap tommy knockoff. They took it to the atelier and then told me they fixed the hands and drifted them apart because they were touching and causing errors. Okay, i accepted the watch back. Few months later (Less than a year), i had the same issue, the seconds hands started going backward then normal, repeatedly, giving the wrong date, day, and time all over again. I was seriously mad this time, everytime i grabbed my watch to wear it, it wouldn't function. I still haven't enjoyed it. I visited atamian asking for a refund or another watch because obviously there is something wrong. I was very polite because i hate problems and i'm not a person that likes to make a scene. The girl accused me of dropping the watch and breaking it, i told her i barely wore the watch how could you accuse your customer of such a thing?! The watch clearly has something wrong in its mechanism and it's my right to get one that functions properly when i pay $230! They fixed it again and wouldn't tell me what the issue was, they told me the exact same thing they told me the first time, that they fixed the hands because they were touching, are they fooling me or what? I got really pissed, called their customer service and she told me they can't exchange it, and she knows it's annoying but these things happen, i don't understand wouldn't she get pissed if she was in my shoes? Noone agreed to exchange it for another one, even after trying to connect with them on facebook message one last time asking for a solution in a friendly way before i start spreading the word online amongst my friends. I don't understand how a reputable company allows such mistakes to go unnoticed. What will i do when the guarantee is over do they you expect me to keep coming back and forth to pay and fix a broken watch? Of course not, i will throw it in their face and never lay foot in their stores ever again because their products are worthless! As a customer, it's my right to share the awful experience with the people i know. The least i would expect from a supposedly respected company is a substitute watch or my money back. Tommy is literally my favorite brand, and i am a very loyal customer whether in lebanon or in the states when i visit, and i'm 1000% sure that you would never disappoint an upset loyal customer that did nothing wrong, this is a chance to take necessary measures to satisfy a very loyal customer. I would like you to contact atamian and demand an exchange or full refund for a customer that was utterly disrespected. This would mean a lot to me and to my boyfriend.
