On 7th November'15, I had bought a Tommy Hilfiger backpack from a Tommy Hilfiger showroom in the R city mall and within three months I was facing a stitching issue in the bag. I gave the bag for repairing also and even after one month my bag is not repaired yet. They repaired twice, but both the times I had to return on the same time, because still there was stitching issue. So I requested them to give me a new bag in replacement as I think the product is faulty.i have already spent around Rs 1900 on that bag and within 3 months bag was of no use.And from last one month bag is in service center only.
I dropped mail to Tommy Hilfiger customer support, but yet i have not received any revert on same.So after all this i have to raise this issue here.
Give my money back or else give me new bag as that bag is faulty.
