They came to scan in March last week. Taken Rs.40k money in advance by saying it will take minimum 6 months only.After that, they sent me some other plan which was different from what we spoke. I denied to approve it. Then they called and said to schedule meeting with some orthodontist which never ever happened. I tried calling and explained what was finalized and why this confusion then no response after that. Then finally, I decided to cancel and get refund. I spoke first then I emailed them, all the time auto reply emails and notifications.Till today, I emailed them and finally filed complaint on LegalIndia.Very unprofessional, no clue of what they are talking whom.
