[Resolved] Toplite Holidays — Cheating, misguiding and looting money from customers by falsifying and promising information
My Name is Johnson
Me & My wife have been scammed in GOA by the toplite holidays Pvt limited on 20 Jan 2022.
As part of the scam I paid Rs. 75, 000 to the company using Credit Card
In very well Organized trick they called us in NEELAM GRAND Hotel - Calangute Goa, Ms Aasma& Ms Sana have trapped us in there all fake commitments, They told us buy there company Membership Plan for 10 Years then we will be entitle to visit any 4Star & 5Star Hotel / Resort Across the world in there network.
At that time customer service no. [protected] was switched off. that time we refuse to pay the amount, after that they forced us make payment and that time Ms. Sana and Aasma were told us that they will arrange 1st tour Direct from Management once we receive there company membership card, we don't need not to contact anywhere
as we have received card we are about to plan holiday now nobody is answering the calls and customer care no. is also switched off and Ms. Aasma has not even bothered to help now
I humbly request to Indian government & Tourism Ministry of GOA please look into the matter and ask this company to return the payments. These Highly Organized frauds with Honest & Innocents Tourist which bleed honest citizens from their hard earned money in this most Difficult time of COV 19.

This has reference to your complaint about our company having cheated you.
First and for most every contract or agreement is not forced on any person and all documents of the contract paper is read and signed. Every contract has its terms and conditions and these terms and conditions mention or state that you out of your own free will accept the membership. It also states that the membership is Non Cancellable and Non Refundable.
About your mention of Customer care number is switched off we would like to inform you that we have answered your calls, reverted your emails, may be in some occasions due to network problem the call may have not got connected. Customer Care working hours are from 10am to 5pm. Except Sundays & all public holidays.
As you have mentioned on your complaint of no assistance been provided to you while you are planning your holiday. As per recorded calls and also emails you have asked for a booking on the gift voucher for 8adults wherein as per terms & conditions on voucher the voucher is reedemeable for 2 adults & 2kids upto 6years of age. Therefore we could not honour your request but we did request you to plan the same on your member entitlement and we can offer you stay on your entitlement. After which you asked for cancellation.
Please request you to stop dropping wrong allegation against the firm. If you need any help in regards to your booking please contact the team we will be more happy to help you on the same.
