[Resolved]  Toplite Holidays — Toplite Holidays Fraud in Andaman by Toplite Holidays

I humbly request Indian government & Tourism Ministry of GOA to please look into the matter and help us get back our money from the fraudulent company.

Madam we have already replied to you earlier on the same forum that you should have coordinated for serves to the team but you dint at the same time you have directly offended the firm with false allegation,
Secondly now we see after our 1st revert. You have asked for a refund without asking or using the serves.
While you have purchased the package the contract very well says its non cancellable and non refundable.
So requesting you to stop posting false reviews against the firm.
But yes you can start using your membership by contacting the team thru mail.

Dear Madam,
We are obliged that you have taken the time to understand our company without using our serves on the basic of the review online. The contract between you and the firm has it clearly mention that its a non refundable package but we still wish to serve you and expect a coordination with us on mail which has been mentioned on your contract and welcoming mail.
Secondly you could call us on[protected] that is our Customer Care number between 10:00am to 5:00 pm Sunday is a off, so we could solve your issue with a communication done with us.

I am also facing the same problem and this company is not allowing to refund. Let's file a legal case against this company together (i am also pitching most of the people whom this company is befooling, my email id is pawandesigns77atgmaildotcom).
