Toreto Retail — torecast not working

I had purchased a toreto torcast device from a shop here to connect my sony bravia to pixel2. Followed all instructions in manual and even tried what's shown on youtube but to no avail! It keeps giving error "casting to toreto" and disconnects immediately. I have been shifted my router to same room as tv to ensure its not a wifi connection problem.

I tried calling all support numbers given on toreto site and other forums but says wrong number.

Kindly provide a solution asap!!
