Toshiba India — 1 year plus to resolve lcd tv complaint | |||||
Its 3rd may 2016, when we registered first complaint for tv screen complaint to toshiba. The technician has collected all required details (Like bill copy, warranty card etc) & assured that organization is struggling for spare parts big time & it would take 1-2 months to service it. On regular follow-up with this person & technicial agency for more than 8 months, there is nothing change. You cant register new complaint also, as it would delete the old complaint & the process from the beginning again. Its seems few people in organization are cheating customer & company heads are providing all need support just for making money by harassing customers. The call center didn't even share any email address except non responsive [protected]@toshiba-india.com My latest complaint number is tipl/ha/2017/06/28/0088 Was this information helpful? | |||||
