Toshiba India — 39"LED Tv display issue | |||||
Hello, I have submitted a ticket with Service Request TIPLSRZH0026396 in December 2016 an was told the pannel would be replaced in 10 days, but its been almost 4 months and all i am getting in reply is a run around between Toshiba and the service centre and they have no clue on what has to be done. They asked me to send an email [protected]@toshiba-india.com but no one replies to any email nor do there customer service executive understand the issue all they say is contact the service centre and the service centre people tell you Toshiba is not shipping the part. I dont understand who else to contact hence submitting a complaint here. Hoping this would lead me any where. Thanks Sujith Was this information helpful? | |||||
