Toshiba India — Complaint Regarding LED TV | |||||
My Toshiba 40 Inches Full HD LED Television is dead and not functioning since 19th Nov 2016. This is under warranty FOR THREE YEARS. In spite of multiple reminders and request to service, there hasn’t been any action taken from the company yet .This looks very annoying and harassment to the customer. Japanese company and the service is so pathetic and lethargic its unbelievable . I logged first complaint on 19th Dec (TIPLSRYH0023762) but no action was taken. Then I logged second complaint on 26th Dec (TIPLSRYH0023762). After a week, technician visited and told me that the panel is not working and has to be replaced. Since, then I am not able to get any update as why my TV can not be repaired. I know I'll not get any response from this as well, as all requests are falling on the deaf ears. Still in some hope of humanity, I am writing this and hope you would help me in getting my television repaired ASAP. Was this information helpful? | |||||
