Toshiba India — Delay in replacing LED TV Part | |||||
I purchased Toshiba TV on 24 January 2015 and got a warranty of 3 years from date of purchase. Few days back, my LED TV stopped working and then I called Toshiba Customer Care on dated 2 May 2017 and asked for the services to fix the issue. Engineer from Toshiba visited my home and checked the TV. He then confirmed that the issue is with the panel and needed to be replaced. He there and then raised a request for ordering the panel on dated 6 May 2017 and said to replace the faulty panel with new one in 10-15 days. It has now been over 15 days and I have not received any panel till now and regularly following up with the Customer Care and they are not giving me any exact date. Request you to please help me in this regard as I am being mentally harassed by Toshiba. Was this information helpful? | |||||
