I purchased hard disk from shreeji infotech, citylight road, surat.
The product no. Is dt01aba050v
Serial no. Is 25e8gg3asw45
It is still in the warranty. So i went to your surat customer care on 11th july 2017. Their address is:
Rashi care team, jupiter building, nanpura surat.
Rashi cin:u30007mh1989ptc051039
They told me to wait for two days for replacement or refund. But till today's date the problem is unsolved. They are telling that due to gst, so many cases are pending. So i will have to wait for another month. This is ridiculous. Your company's reputation is spoiled here. I want my hard disk replaced or refund of the money. Do it fast. Waiting for the reply.

4 day before I complained about my tv but no has been provided when I called to customer support they always say that we will reach you today yesterday but no one came kindly look into this matter
