Toshiba India — i am complaining about my tv - led (toshiba) | |||||
We bought our toshiba smart led tv on[protected]. We lodged complaint in june, 2017 and till date the complaint has not been resolved. I made visited vijaysales and even they are not cooperating at all. Toshiba people do not bother at all and till date we have not been contacted by either toshiba or vijaysales to resolve the complaint. The tv is dead for last 6 months. I bought it two around two years ago. But few weeks ago it stopped working. It has 5 years warranty.
