Dear All,

This is regarding service issue for my LED TV (32P2305). TV has stopped working since 25th Feb 2017, no picture and no sound. I lodged a complaint at customer care on dated 03td March 2017 with complaint no. TIPLSR3I0003040. & Register Mob No.[protected].

We are regular follow-up with your customer service center but not positive reply. he say wait another 15 to 20 days every time..

you are requested to please solve our Complaint at the earliest.
