Complaint no.SR9H0039685, dated on 21 september 2016 . My led tv is not working, technician of TOSHIBA had checked the tv and he told me your tv can't repaired . He forwarded his report to TOSHIBA .Service center called me and tell me that you will be refunded within 45 to 6o days but till date 22 DECEMBER 2016 TOSHIBA did not refund me.I was called to service centre but they told me that ask to customer care of TOSHIBA but no any number of customer care not available, what can i do to get my refund.My contact no, [protected]
