Toshiba India — no proper service from pune toshiba tv service centre

Hello,

I have toshiba 32 inch tv and 2 times tv have issue with led back lights and when toshiba service centre people took my tv to his centre he tooks 15 days to reolve the small issue.

I was aware of the issue, issue was led back light is gone, it means one of the led was not working and as per toshiba service centre they have to replace the whole led strip but they only changed single led which is unacceptable.

It means they are not doing there proper work, they order led strips to toshiba company, they why they changed only one led.

They have to replace whole led strip. Even they took 15 days time to replace singal led. And when i checked that led, that led are different it is not matched with original led, it means they order the led to toshiba but they replace the single, single local led. This is ridiculous things happened 2 times.

Now again my tv have led issue and it is just 1 hour work to replace the led they took always 15 days, why should i give my tv to them.
