Toshiba India — non existent service for toshiba lcd television | |||||
I bought a toshiba lcd tv from flipkart in february 2015. Within 6 months the panel failed and after much effort and talking with all the top people in toshiba, i got them to replace the television. Now another problem with the replaced set is that the display has failed. I am currently put up in hosur and i called the toshiba call centre to register the complaint on sept 04 2017. My complaint no. Is tiplsr029h05278. Nobody came to attend the complaint. The service centre alloted was Jeeves consumer services c/o, kayal communications Address:3-c, first floor, near lic office, kandasamy vathiyar street, dharapuri 636 701 Phone:[protected], [protected] Mobile:[protected] After 2 weeks of continuous follow up, a service engineer came and declared that the power board has failed and it needs replacement. And since then there has been no action from them. Repeatedly calling them is of no avail. They just refuse to attend to this.
