Toshiba India — regarding led tv damaged in warranty period | |||
I purchased a toshiba 40inch LED TV on 2/04/2015 which is 3yrs warranty but it damaged on 27/12/2017 I registered a complain with complain no SR011I00022 on 01/01/2018 and service technician told me that mother board part has been ordered on 05/05/2018 but till now didn't any response and calls for my tv repair I want to know how would be long for the warranty part order received validation. Also I am not able to find nearby service center to repair my product.
It is in warranty period so please there is a need of call from you.
