Toshiba India — repair of toshiba e-studio 2006 & e-studio 2007

Central pollution control board, shillong is having 2 e-studios and both are non functional at present. We want to repair it but not getting the agency in shillong or guwahati.
It is understood that toshiba is not taking care of its customers of photocopiers.
We need the address of the agency who shall repair the machines.
