Hi, I purchased toshiba 1 tb mq01abd100 laptop hard disk from snap deal last month because i got the one year warranty and after installation its performance get deteriorate, hence i want to be replace with another. As this product having one year warranty i requested you kindly replaced it with another one. I have written mail to the below mention mail id and taking follow up but still not get any positive response. Our Toshiba television model No. 32P2305ZE. Both HDMI 1 and HDMI 2 ports are not working. We bought this television around 2 years ago. Kindly provide us the service As soon as possible.
