I have been following up with toshiba since 2nd march to get my issue resolved & have numerous emails but my issue is not yet resolved. They had initially cancelled my ticket for which i had to open another ticket stating that the issue has not been resolved.
The invoice copy & serial number has already been provided to them & i was informed that the part would be replaced but nothing has been done so far.
There has been no response from pramod kumar (Service manager ggn) toshiba on the numerous emails i have sent to him.
I has contacted vimal kumar (Manager toshiba service centre) & he had informed that he would look into it & have sent my request for approval but there has been no update since past 1 month.
I had contacted toshiba cc to ask for the senior manager/director email address as i was not getting any response from mr pramod but no information was shared with me till date.
