Toshiba India — usb port & hdmi port not working

Dear sir,
I had purchased few years ago Toshiba LED television, In my Toshiba 25 inch led tv, USB pot & HDMI Pot not working.
Kindly help and send technician for repair.
Four or five years ago I purchase Toshiba led tv. It's working nicely. But last one week suddenly usb pot and HDMI pot not working. Kindly resolve.

I encourage upon your valuable time to put this thing to your kindness notice that i purchased toshiba harddisk from store after insert it into the pc it shows that hdd is not detected so kindly let me know where shoul i get new hdd kindly let me know that wil be your most kindness
