We have been asking for servicing of our totaline carrier water dispenser for one month. A person by the name of Syed is supposed to come to our house immediately but hasnt shown up yet. I spoke to his boss Mr. Nandgaokar, [protected] (the rudest person you can ever speak to) and he tells me to go and speak to the person from where the unit has been purchased, he is not obliged to service me. This is something that should have been told to me first thing. They really do not seem to care for their customers once the product is sold. i suggest plese dont buy CArrier products because this is what you will face once the product comes down for service and maintenance.
