I have booked Toyota Hyryder (Variant- neodrive, G, manual, Black colour) on 25th July 2022 from Rajesh toyota, Jaipur (Rajasthan) and I have not received any confirmation for delivery from the dealer yet. Dealer and their sales team is saying that they do not know even if they will get the vehicle in next 2-3 months as of 16 Feb'2022.

They are saying the delay is from Toyota which is not manufacturing any neodrive/mild hybrid vehicles.

    Have booked toyota hyryder base model with sharayu toyota Aurangabad on 4 Nov 2022 with commitment of car delivery in the month of Dec 2022. After confirmation of dealer I have booked the car till now I didn't get any clear answer for that. On what basis dealer are accepting bookings and now telling answers that company not telling anything about deliveries, quality check etc. My 2 month waiting period is already over and 4 th month almost to end. There is no answer from anyone till now. All other upper models are avaliable but not this base model.
    What policy company is using with customer to force them to modify the booking with upper model? If company dont want to sell its base models then why they have introduced it ? It is very unethical... This is worst experience with Toyota. Please let me know the status and deliver car as early as possible

      I going to complain my headlamp issues...and they told me 3 to 4 days soo drop that week and again going to ask headlight...they are noticed my enquiry as on update...This is worst ever in toyata services...This is the way you satisfied me..Why my enquiry is update in my service profile...If incase i have accident on same side how i can claim my amount

        30 day refund for booking cancellation without prior notice

        I booked a Hyryder in Dec -22 and we finally planned to cancel booking due to long waiting time.

        Now, we are being taken for a ride while 2e are asking for our rightful due. Galaxy Toyota claims that the amount willbe refunded in 30 working days time as per their company policy.

        My innova crysta got delivered on 14 th November 2022, But dealer( Nippon Toyota, muvattupuzha, Kerala) gave me extended warranty 45 days less, ie only till September 2027. I am losing 45 days extended warranty evenafter payment of full amount for it. Dealers explanation is not satisfactory ( they are telling, it's regarding their some issues). I complained to Toyota, now 2 weeks passed... No resolution yet. This is the so called Toyota customer care. Pathetic ... My previous cars were from maruti... It was far better...

          Threatening me even after paying the full EMIs

            I bought a new Fortuner on 18/7/22 from Toyota agency of Bhatinda, Punjab. New battery was dead before I could drive it 1000 km. I informed the Toyota agency at Bhatinda but no one cared about it. On 24/11/22 I made a written complaint on the Consumer Complaint website also. But no response. Now I think only option I have is to buy another new battery & file a case in the court against Toyota agency.

              - new RAV4 PHEV ordered June 2022.
              - up to date, dealer can't tell expected delivery date
              - on one hand, I am being offered to cancel my order
              - on the other hand, I am being offered (privately) to buy and get immediately) an identical model at +$ 10, 000).

                    I Never seen such a poor service mayapuri thirty six toyota service center they are spoiling the name of Toyota. We have given the car to service center on 18 Sept 2022. They have generated the insurance invoice and settle with insurance team but till now my vehicle didnt deivered Now they are saying that the parts have been ordered and will come on 19th November 2022 and it is also expected they were saying the parts are not available yet....

But as per the surveyor (Abhinov Dubey) we have to claim for total damages though it was happened in a single accident.                       I bought Camry Hybrid thought will safe the environment, conservation of energy, but I don't know I have to pay huge amount from my pocket to conserve energy and environment, Car guarantee is for 8 year but after 3 years Batteries changed for worh 3.50 Lakh, then after 8/10 days only car run 2500km. car showing some error indication on panel, I sent car for check to Galaxy Automobile Rajasthan Udyog Nagar Delhi, they made again bill for 1.60 lacks.
                      I don't know what happened to car after getting through checking and battery changed again I have to pay 1.60 Lakh, no body is giving proper answer, even I said to Galaxy Toyota to involve Toyota Company Officials to lookinto the matter but no body answering. I am feeling cheated by the Company.
                      On this platform, can any body help me, or Toyota Company office contact me to came out of this situation.
