We have booked a Innova Crysta Diesel on 03 Aug 2022. I was given a delivery date of 30 Sep 2022. However there is no answer from the Company till date. We are following up regularly with them about my vehicle delivery but nobody in the Team is bothered to response to the complaint.

      Had bought Innova Crysta in Dec 2021. Overall performance of the car is really good.
      Recently, found the ac knobs both the units temperature setting and fan speed setting knobs wear out on the Circumferential area.
      When reported to Service center Lanson Toyota in Pallikarnai Chennai, they claimed that there is no warranty for plastic parts. Also the child part is not available and the entire unit has to be replaced at changeable basis.
      This is approx 28K.
      First of all how this can get damaged when there is no force applied on these.
      Even its damaged, how can there be no child part availability
      Its completely unexpected from Toyota.

        Toyota UC Booking cancellation refund 50,000 rs not done -9 months

            My uncle/relative booked an Innova Crysta VX model with BJS Motors Private Limited (dealer of Toyota cars Hospet 583201 )on 27 July by paying INR 25, 001.00.
            We received the receipt voucher 4324 from BJS dated 27 July 2022. Attached is a copy for reference.
            Now, the dealer is denying the delivery of the vehicle.
            Kindly look into this matter and help us with delivering the vehicle As soon as possible.

              Hi, iam Sandeep Reddy from Hyderabad. Planned to purchase Innova crysta diesel on starting of this year and booked a vehicle in warangal Kakatiya showroom on july month they assured delivery in 1st week of October so I made everything regarding car finance with banks. Now they keep calling and asking me to cancel my booking. How can it possible ? Im waiting from 3 months for vehicle . Now shall i go for legal complaint on showroom and company. Please resolve my issue.

                  Innova Crysta alloys and tyres issue

                  This is with reference to my purchase of Innova Crysta Z variant in 2021, ownership less than 18 months, 20k kms clocked.
                  My 17 inch alloys are imbalanced in less than 2 years and the tyres have lumps. This makes me question the product and the brand altogether. Is Toyota really reliable? Is Innova Crysta really made like a tank and built to last? After paying 6-7 lacs premium over the G variant, which has more reliable set of Alloys...

                  Facing tyre busting issue with new Innova crysta vehicle, already 2 tyres replaced within 2 months of purchase again pocket created with another tyre as per my internet research most of the customers having the same issue from the beginning, already i have called & complained about the same to Toyota but now they won't receive my calls.

                    I, Meppurathu Chacko Varghese, had purchased Toyota Urban Cruiser Premium AT through Nippon Toyota Kazhakootam showroom on August 4, 2022.

                    We were given a list of extra accessories to be fitted in the vehicle along with the price quoted by the showroom. Accordingly, we had paid Rs 59, 000 for the accessories needed through credit card. We were not given an invoice of our purchase then. When we checked Toyota iConnect today, an invoice amount of Rs 49, 000 for the accessories had been uploaded.

                    This complaint is in regards to the discrepancy in the invoice amount as well as the actual amount paid. A difference is also noted between the price quoted by the showroom as well as that given in the invoice. I would like a clarification regarding the same.

                      Anant toyota ... gwalior me Digamber naam ka manager hai... aaj jab maine unse msg par baat ki to unhone bahut hi battamizi se mujhe response kiya... aur mujhe bilkul yakeen nahi hua ke toyota ke showroom par is tarah ke battameez employee working hai.

                        I have purchased Innova Crysta on 31.12.2020

                        Now 20 months old ran 1.18K kms

                        DPF full is an freequent major issue with Innova CRYSTA. I am facing DPF problem with my CRYSTA. TOYOTA service center Bilaspur unable to rectify it every they were reset it with tab and software.

                        Now they are asking to replace injuction system for Rs 1, 50, 000 and DOF TANK and filter for Rs 60, 000. My CRYSTA is only 20 months old and ran 1.18K kms. This is a huge finiancial burdon. Toyota providing 1K km extended warranty and not extending extended warrenty.

                        I request to consider this under warranty and replace wahatever parts required under warrenty.

                        i got a call from JD Toyota Bilaspur they are offering 25% discount on bill is this funny joke. Surprisingly they  advice me to go Consumer Forum Court against Toyota and get order. Shall i go To Consumer Forum

                          Never delivered a car after full payment

                          This is my personal buying experience of toyota innova Crysta. Trust me it so pathetic CUSTOMER service. I booked the car from Hyderabad in Dec 2021, dealer promised to deliver in the first week of March. I processed everything paid 2Lac as down payment, LOAN processed and disbursement has been done(financier misled me and shaked hands with dealer to cheat me) 85% of the payment has been completed by end of the same month.
