Toyota — car issues | |||
I have buy a new toyota Fortuner 4*2 automatic on 2nd april 2018 from ESPIRIT TOYOTA NOIDA SEC 8 but there is a problem occured in suspension when I visited service centre they have told me that a scrue was loose so is now tighten. After 2 days I face the same probem again visited the service centre and they told that the screw is changed now so no need to worry but again the main reason of suspension is not explain to me. But on the same day I faced the same problem and visit again and now they told me that all screw is changed now so no need to worry. After 3 days I faced a new problem in gear shifting as well as a sound coming from engine while changing gear. When I complain this to service centre they told that I have to pay for it. This is a new car I bought just 20 days ago which ran only 350km and I faced a lot of problems again and again. They are not responding me even talking rudely and doesn’t solving my new car issue worst company Toyota employees dont have eticates to talk to the customer nor the general manager responsing Was this information helpful? | |||
