Toyota — High engine sound

Myself jinto from cochin, 1 owned one innova which i bought 1 year back, nw its ran only 7600km, i found my innova engine sound is high as compared to fathers innova, my fathers innova which we bought 2 years back which is perfectly alright, 1 year back we bought 2 innova in one month gap, its for my father brother, its quit smooth, we have 4 innova in my family because of the trust in innova as well as toyota, my vehicle engine sound is very high, i mention this case to service provider during service but they told me no issue and they ignore this, i hope toyota wil consider this issue seriously
