Toyota India — Premature failure of tyre (Make : Good Year)

Dear Sir / Madam, It is brought your kind notice that my vehicle no. TN69 AL 6079 bought from Aanmalise Toyota Vide cash bill invoice no.[protected] dt. 15.07.2014. After taking delivery from your showroom hardly run 7000 KM totally. It is noticed that right side rear tyre got bulged automatically without having any hit by stone or something else surely and it occurs within 4 months. Immediately it is informed to concern branch manager of Thirunelveli and till then any proper response not received from them, even though the tyre is under warranty. After making repeated request to the concern manager, where I have produced my car at their showroom. The service engineer came to inspect the tyre after two days. Now I was told by concerned service engineer that, “Not able to replace”, which is not accepted and it is under warranty period. Kindly ensure that good year tyre is withstand for 4 months / 7000 KM run or that tyre is a manufacturing defect (without quality inspection). If the Good Year tyre is a less quality, why your recommended that tyre to be used for your product. We are sorry to say your costumer dealing is very poor. I highly disappointed with your customer satisfaction. Please look in this matter and resolved this problem with replacement of new tyre at your end.
