Toyota — lanson toyota worst service koyambedu chennai | |
On august 7th only i bought a new innova cysta (Automatic). Now just appox. 7700 km only completed. On feb 3rd i felt brake jattering issue and took my vehicle into lanson toyato service station (Koyambedu chennai). Service advisor mr prabha karan saw my concern. Next day he called me said your vehicle ready to take and i inquired about that issues idiotically he says at sports mode, if you apply brake this problem will occur. Without my knowledge he did machining brake disc and said this will never happen next time. He gave assurance to change disc if it occurs next time. After 500km started same issue. Again i took my vehicle into service station. This time i met advisor mr gnanasekar. I said issues about what last time happens along with present tyre issue. Yes, i had running time tyre burst complaint on highway road. Before i'm going out from there i said to mr gnanasekar that please call me for any Kind of work. But again without my knowledge he did same mistake. He said like my technician done machining work without my permission. Due to this obviously life span of brake disc will decrease. But it's actually manufacturing fault. They even not looks my tyre concern. Shame on a brand like a toyota. Dealer even not worrying to do make complaint. Worst service center ever..!
