Toyota — My car mh 01 by 1799 - very urgent complaint | |||||
My car has been in your premises since 16th june 2016 It was finally available for delivery on 13th june 2016, when my driver came to pick up the car, we discovered that the wiper is not operational. I was advised that there is some part that is damaged and requires to be changed. When we handed over the car the wiper was operational I hold madhubhan toyota responsible for the damage to the wiper when the car is in your (Care, custody and control) and i want madhubhan toyota to indemnity me. The damaged part (As i understand) is not available in your store and you need to place order for it. From 13th june 2016 till date the part has not been order. I treat this as gross negligence on your part and i hereby expect madhubhan toyota to indemnity me rs 10, 000 per day (Cost i have to incur to rent a car) Should i not receive a written response i shall launch a fir with the police.
