Dear sir, i have etios totoya car no. Cg-04/jf-9412 purchased from your authorized dealer m/s vicon wheels (India) pvt limited, raipur road, vill : hardi, po hirri mines, bilaspur (Cg) we have left our car to said dealer for servicing of my car on 30.11.2016 and they issued us estimate no. Bpe16-00663 with promise delivery date 10.12.2016. But in - spite of our several follow-up they have not delivered my car in scheduled time. And always given next dates for delivery. After some time no body is responding on our phone calls. There is no any person in the agency who can solve our problem You are, therefore, requested to kindly interfere in the matter and instruct them to deliver our car. It is un-justice for us that dealer of such renouned copmany has hold car of consumer without any reason Awaiting for your early action.
