Sir, we had purchased a new Fortuner SUV Model 2022, on the 14th of FEB 2022, Whose chassis number is MBJBA3FS[protected], owned by Dr Rupesh H. Shah.
Sir, We are loyal and satisfied customers of Toyota SUV for the last 15 years, but our complaint is regarding the TYRES of the newly purchased SUV, Car is of model 2022 But tyres along with the newly purchased SUV were manufactured in the year 2021, we were totally dis-satisfied on asking these issue with Mr Nitin Solanki of selling exe. of Infinium Toyota, Baroda is replying to us that this tyre came along with SUV, This is company matter, we are not responsible with this matter, you have to accept the tyres as it is or make complaint with company, kindly look in the matter and obliged us,
