Toyota — problem with crysta tyres

Im facing problems with crytsa tyres (Air bubble appeared in two tyres), and given complaint in yashoda krishna toyota were i bought the vehicle.
Its clearly shows that crysta tyres have failed and toyota is playing hide and seek with this issue.
I trusted the toyota which cares about safety and quality never concerned either to inform these problem nor called back these vehicles and replaced with appropriate sized tyres they are not taking any responsibility in sloving issue.
They have released new crystas with 16" tyres but not bothered about such dangerous issues which are already sold.
Hope company will look in these issues seriously.
