Toyota — regarding poor quality of service and hospitality toyota liva at dealer point | |||
Sir, I had purchased toyota liva from field motor pvt ltd, cuttack, odisha on 12.08.2013. I have run 50, 000 k. M by dt - 20.05.2017. During this km i am doing all periodical service at dealer point. When i have done 50, 000 km service. At the time of service i had registrar complain some noise from back wheel. His service adviser mr. Sudhir promise me that to solve the problem but till now he has not solve the problem. When i call him on his no - [protected] he told me again you registrar complain on - [protected]. After that nobody can take responds at dealer point to solve my problem. All the service staff of dealer point are seating to linting money not solve the problem.in this matter take quick action to solve my problem.
