Toyota — Related to customer service request | |||
Hello, Megha Mahajan owner of innova crysta2018 model DL3CCP3688. I applied for hsrp no. Plate and sticker. And since 21st dec till now specially today on 23rd dec I've made more than 30 calls to toyota moti nagar service center for its status and confirmation for service. However every time I was diverted to a new personal or service center department where no one is having information and gives me another no. I've contacted following numbers numerous times today but every time I was given a new number or same number to get further information related to hsrp no. Plate and sticker. [protected] yogesh [protected] Kamal In end I requested them to arrange a call back which I didn't receive. My concern here is Is this the way toyota centers treats or should I say harass its customers? They don't even have a simple no. Plate information in their database or they are incapable to retrieve the information for customers? I'm seriously irritated and annoyed with the response I got from Toyota Moti nagar Delhi center.
