Toyota — Service complaint of Etios PY 01BX 8080 | |||||
Dear Sir Please be informed that i regret to write this email after lot of frustration and dissatisfaction about the service center. I given my Etios vehicle PY01BX 8080 for service due to a small accident. I asked the service center to inspect the issues and report to me in order to approach the insurance company Bajaj Alliance. Tje vehicle been given for service on January 22nd 2017 and not yet ready. Every alternate day coming with new issues, eg. Started with front bumber change to AC condensor leak so that AC contensor to be replaced, AC compressor to be changed today suddenly new complaint that Battery to be replaced. I am sorry what is the problem of examining the vehicle throughly before telling the budget inorder to arrange the resources either through Insurance or by own. This is not the first time they are doing this. Last six months i am struggling with the non performance of sound horn even 3 times they attended from Ambattur workshop. I did not expect this type of feedback to be given for a world renowned brand car from my favorite Toyota. I am driving a Land cruiser Prado in Middle east for years but i never had these type of issues. This issues well known to Mr Ramesh, Mr Karthik and Mr Cheenu from Lanson Toyota Koyambedu, Chennai.
