Toyota — Service, unauthorized charges and accident claims

Greetings of the day!

I have strong belief that toyota is most reliable brand in diesel vehicles and very prompt in services (60 minutes) so i bought a new toyota etios liva gd car in dec 2014.
I bought the vehicle from delhi and transferred to jodhpur (raj.) in march 2015. i sent here my car no. dl-3ccc 5731 twice against accident claim. i have zero depreciation car insurance but both times i did not get complete readdress or solution to repair of the car even it created danger to life of me and my family also. kindly go through the incidents of last repair of my car-

1) after accident in jodhpur, i called toyota showroom (rishi toyotaa jodhpur) to pick the car and i was told by them that rishi toyota jodhpur don't provide pick and drop facility and customer need to send the car though i was told by the dealer (grace toyota saket delhi) that toyota provides pick and drop facility all over the country. it was a great set back to me that a customer in traumatic condition need to send the car to service station himself.

2) any how i sent the car was sent to show room (19 km away) on 09/12/2016 and i was told i need to register claim to the insurance company despite the fact the dealer (, who sold me car) assured me that all things will be done at showroom after submitting the documents. i told all the problems of the car including blinking of abs signal time to time with problem of braking. i registered insurance claim by mobile phone.

3) on 16/12/17 i called to rishi toyota jodhpur to ask the status of the repair than i was told to follow up the insurance company as rishi toyota has no tie up with the company with whom i have cashless insurance... and i was waiting the reply 'your car is the repaired'

4) i called the service station on 26/12/2017 to ask the status of my car and i was assured that i will be intimated by return call in 30 minutes... which i never got.

5) i send my colleague to the service station residing near to that area to inquire the matter as i had hired a taxi and paying on need basis. he visited and told me car is full of dust and full of rodent feces and stinking badly.

6) i called rishi toyota on 27/12/17 at 3.30 pm again and i was dodged that ' ho to gaya ha par hamaare computer me delivery ke liye nahi aya ha' when i stressed to tell actual status the the lady assured a call back in 30 minutes which i got at 6.40 pm that car is ready and i have to pay the amount as rishi toyota jodhpur has no tie up with tata aig insurance... i. e. cash less too... and she told to confirm tomorrow on 28/12/17 for delivery.

7) on 28/12/17 i got a call for delivery at 11.37 am and i was told the car is ready. i reminded the person about blinking of abs indicator, smell and feces of rodents. i was informed to take car on 30.12.17.

8) i reached to take the car on 30/12/17 at 12.30 pm (approx) and i found car stinking badly and 69 extra kilometers on odometer as per snap shot of dash board taken in mobile camera (approx. 3.5 l of diesel)... i asked the person on duty... he insisted me that rodent smell is not responsibility of the service station and forced me the service of car at 19000 km only which was due later.in between lunch announced... after lunch the car was back to the bay at 3.40 pm. as the service mechanic touched the dash board feces of rodents spilled there. i insisted to open dashboard... omg... i found most of the electric and antenna cables damaged badly... all white insulation pads torn and damaged by the rodents. i asked the mechanic to correct all the things. i was told that all it will be chargeable... i insisted that i handed over the car without smell than why to pay?... but i was left with no options and keeping my promise to my family in my mind that we will go outside by our own car on the eve of new year... i agreed upon all the conditions and all the charges to pay and literally begged them to repair my car. for 2.00 hours siting idle at 6.00 pm i was told that computer is showing the articles (cables, insulation pads and a lattice to fix in to stop entry of rodents) in stock and they are searching in the store. i the peak of my impatience i reached to the manager mr. rathore and requested him to do needful for my car. he called 2-3 persons... asked them... scolded them and finally i got only a key ring and a visiting card from him with an assurance to fix all the problems within 5 days after procuring all the items needed. mr. rathore also assured me free pick n drop facility to fix these problems as it was not my fault at all.
I asked him about abs and brakes to be fixed at least. the mechanic in front of mr. rathore told that abs indicator some time loose and gives unnecessary signal to dash board and he has a lot of car daily like this which need no maintenance for faulty indicators. i again warned all of them that it is a matter of safety leading to death as i am going to jaipur in next few days. i was assured about abs without fixing the problem. i believed all those. i paid bill of of service again including charges for fumigation and related articles. i left the showroom at 6. 45 pm approx... with a car stinking badly... car charger not working... and lot of depression in my mind.

9) during my drive to jaipur the abs was not blinking... i entered in city area of jaipur and abs started blinking but i ignored as advised by rishi toyota... a old car tata indica was ahead me... that applied brakes on speed-breaker... i also applied brakes but brakes did not worked and my car rammed into indica car and its bumper fell down...5 goon like persons got down the car grabbed me from collar in front of my family... and forced me to pay rs. 2500/-... i payed. i returned from jaipur to jodhpur spending a whole day with a speed exceeding not more than 40 kmph.
10) after that i called several times to rishi toyota jodhpur many a times... many picked my phones and transferred my calls to some ms. mamta... mr. simon... mr. ashish... and many others... even to mr rathore... but still waiting since last 3 months nearly to pick my car and fix all problems

You are humbly requested to get my car repaired and fix all the problems or kindly take it back with no price... my humble donation.
