* Myself Manogaran Adilingam have availed loan services for my vehicle Toyota Etios VXD from the year 2017 to 2022.
* Recently my loan has got closed and I was waiting for the NOC but unfortunately i did not receive it. Upon calling the customer service of Toyota financial services they said i have pending cheque bounce charges and late payment charges.
* Auto Debit was enabled to my loan account and it was trying to take money from my account but i have made the payment manually as there is a problem in payment gateway everytime. As a genuine customer i have paid all the EMIs on time without fail and everytime whenever the agent visits my place i have paid excess amount to close the loan faster.
As my monthly due is INR 12, 260 but i have a extra amount of 740 in total i have paid INR 13, 000 for the past 2 years. It is not adjusted in my loan amount.
* Recently I contacted Toyota Financial Services customer care to waive off my extra charges as I'm planning to buy a new vehicle Toyota Fortuner Legender. But the way they responded is totally unacceptable and agent is just threatening me to pay the extra charges multiple times visiting my home.
I want you to kindly waive off my all extra charges as i have paid the EMIs on time to your agent.
