TPSL — credit card bill payment paid 29th feb amount 3000

Please be informed that I have paid 3000-/- amount for my credit bill outstanding for ICICI bank through google pay- BALIC platform of given user ID as tpsl.[protected]@icici on 29th Feb 2020. However while cross verifying the details same with the executive from ICICI customer care it was suggested to me to share the outstanding receipt via email. May I Please request to support me in looking these matter closely so that the outstanding amount paid 3000 will help me reflecting in my credit card bill payments
