TPSL — I had tried to recharge my mobile [protected] on 11.01.2017 with rs.220/-

I had tried to recharge my mobile [protected] on 11.01.2017 with rs.220/- at around 6.00 p.M in the evening . But my account is debited with rs.219/- and mobile is not recharged. My account no is also not recreidted with the debited amount.

i have waited till today and now i am raising a complaint
pl either recharge my mobile no cited above or recredit my account no.[protected] ifsc : synb0001304 at shahabad branch of syndicate bank, karnataka at the earliest.

I m kuldeep maine subah 7.08 per cleartip application se railway ka reservation kar raha tha reservation to hua nhi lekin 399 rs mere debit card se cut gaya hai isliye mujhe mera paisa refund kiya jai pls sir Mob no [protected]. Upi id no[protected] txn id
