TPSL — Payment Gateway Error

Rs 415 got debited from my icici bank a/c on 26th April 2015 but the transaction was not complete due to the GATEWAY error. Reason was Merchant configuration issue. TPPGE004. Transaction Remarks by icici: UBP/DEBIT/[protected] Hence kindly refund my money at the earliest. PH: [protected]

Amount debited from bank, but not received by Mahanagar Gas, it is still not reflected at MGL Site.

I have made online payment of Mahanagar Gas bill on 20-Oct-20 for month of Oct’20.

It has been successfully debited from bank, however is not reflected at Mahangar gas site & is showing error as ‘Payment gateway Error’ as invalid session.

Please do the corrections & provide with correct Bill payment receipt.
