TPSL — payment to religare health insurance.through transaction, shows successful but failed. please refund the money.

My transaction id is icifa[protected]d49e6819ace58036d877c . This transaction id shows that the payment is successful but it didn't made to Religare health insurance company. Where was the payment done? I have no idea. Please verify this transaction id and either refund the money back to my account or give me details where the payment had gone.
