Trackon Couriers — broken products even with most expensive delivery | |||
I sent 3 boxes with an approximate value of products of 12000 rupees. But due to Trackon's mismanagement, all the products got broken. It was sent with one of the most expensive delivery just to ensure safety. Also, products were covered with bubble wraps and double cardboards. It is clearly visible that the boxes were mishandled by the delivery partners. They are highly unqualified and unprofessional personnel. Even on the boxes, it was clearly mentioned that the product is delicate and needs proper handling. I need my refund back for the products broken. We have couriered on dated 13 Jan 2020, same has been showing online that courier delivered on dated 15 Jan 2020.
But the no delivered till now.
