Dear sir/madam,
I did not receive the item no. [protected] booked on dated 09/08/18 from surat hub and reached to siliguri hub on dated 14/08/18 till date from your couriers service and on contacting to your customer care from 1st day i am getting the same answer that the manual searching is going on from last one and half months and from siliguri hub i’m not getting a satisfied answered and now they said they declared the parcel lost. Detail and picture of parcel is attached with this mail.
Under the consumer rights act, the goods remain at your risk until they are received by me and i would request that you now make arrangements for the parcel to be delivered to me without delay or arrange to get my money back. I have lodge a complain to consumer forum (Complain no. 932101).
So, i request to you please look into the matter and arrange which is possible from your side as soon as possible.
