Trackon Couriers — consignment items are missing | |||
Dear Sir, We booked a consignment via Trackon courier by there prime track service on 3rd of January 2018 from their franchisee at Greater Kailash II New Delhi (Bharti Express) with consignment Number 7778144. The consignment was having 2 bags weighted 2kg 800gm at the booking point. It was delivered to Pune, but on 5th the online status was updated that the area is out of delivery, then i contacted the booking point & customer care of Trackon they promised me that the packet will be deliver tomorrow. And in actual the packet was delivered on 6th January but one bag was missing and the weight of consignment was approx. 1kg. Again i contacted the customer care & booking point and wrote them, they told me the they will investigate and find the problem. But after two days when i contacted them they verbally told me that the packet was delivered as it was booked & now they are not ready to listen anything, even they do not feel the need to contact or reply on the complaint booked by customer.
