I ordered books from www.buyonlineclasses.com and consignment send through Trackon Couriers on 28/01/2021 for delivery at Nawa City (341509), Rajasthan and marked delivered on 01/02/2021 at Jaipur. How irresponsible courier services provided by trackon couriers and I also complaint against the online vendor for the same issue at consumer form vide Grievance Number: 2594770 but the vendor attach the online receipt which shows delivered status. Now I want full refund and also compensation from Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd. or I will appeal to Consumer Form. Was this information helpful? | |
