My courier was despatched from mohali on 23 dec 2020 . Till date it is not delivered to destination.it contained important documents and loosing it will result huge financial loss .I enquired about delivery from my courier agency /personnel but they didn’t replied properly.As per them the packet is misplaced by ludhiana track on office .kindly deliver the packet in desired destination or give it back to me or else I have to take legal actions and you have to compensate for it.the papers were very important.I have raised complaint through your site also but they are not giving proper response.please treat this most urgent. +1 photos Was this information helpful? Trackon Couriers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Feb 12, 2021 Updated by Shalini31513 Kindly resolve my complaint as soon as possible.who will trust courier services if things are misplaced like this .it is responsibility of your company to deliver packets to written adress .it is negligence on your part and you have to take responsibility of it now .
