It's been more than 10 days since the courier was dispatched from the source location but I haven't received the courier yet. The complain process is a one-way communication medium which is not helping not at all. The city-wise numbers are also not helpful as no one responded between their so called timings 10AM-5:30PM. The support team is pathetic.

The delivery agent was having the courier from the first day with himself. I got a call from customer care who gave me agent's number. After several minutes of discussion and references, the agent has accepted his fault and delivered the courier. Feedback: The delivery was delayed by 8 days from the expected day of delivery. The customer care process is pathetic and it's like one-way communication. Initially, they were blaming me somehow with some technicality. My experience rating: 1.5/10
