Complaint marked as Resolved The delivery agent was having the courier from the first day with himself. I got a call from customer care who gave me agent's number. After several minutes of discussion and references, the agent has accepted his fault and delivered the courier.
Feedback: The delivery was delayed by 8 days from the expected day of delivery. The customer care process is pathetic and it's like one-way communication. Initially, they were blaming me somehow with some technicality. My experience rating: 1.5/10
