This is to inform you that i have send some important documents through your courier on 7/02/2019 from agra to kota.
As per by your employees the document would be reached at kota on9/02/2019, but till yet my documents isn't delevered.
My tracking number ([protected]) i have several times to your customer care of agra & kota but again & again getting a false commitment.
So kindly look into this and improve your courier facilities.
