Trackon Couriers — I haven't received my pan card till date

Address:H no:403, Beant nagar, Near PAP lines, Jalandhar, Punjab, 144006

I have not received my pan card delivery yet.!!!

It has to be delivered on 20th february, but till date i have not received it.!?!!!

Also the costumer care person was also rude while talking to me,
She was saying to reach office to collect the same, but i have paid for delivery, so why should i go their to collect my pan.!!!.

Please look into the matter as soon as possible

I'm from hyderabad I have places order on 6th Feb n I have got tracking 07 February n til now i haven't received my parcel. What is this its not at all professional very bad service
